Yes, when someone governs it properly. Every engagement ships with data privacy terms, clear decision limits, a human in the loop, logging and explainability, pre-launch testing, and controls mapped to your industry's requirements, HIPAA to SOC 2. Where patient or client data is involved, I sign the agreements your compliance team expects.
